In 2007, I earned $246,000 (USD) working an average of
3.4 days a week. That’s me, the happy looking guy in the
picture standing next to my new company truck and
holding my 2007 Federal tax return to prove it! I earned
this money cleaning acoustical ceilings after hours using
the proven Ceiltech cleaning system. It looks like 2008 will
be another banner year for me because I started this year
with $11,000.00 worth of sales in the first week of January.
Now imagine what might happen if I decided to work 5 days
a week instead of my preferred 3.4 days a week. You gotta
love that!
Consider that some franchise initial startup costs alone can be $250,000.00 dollars or more,
sometimes even North of $1 million. That is a lot of capital for the average working guy to raise
and places most franchise opportunities out of the reach of the common man. Also consider
that a million dollar hamburger franchise typically yields the owner/investor less than $100,000
a year net profit, if they are lucky. That is not a very good return on investment.
My motto is “seeing is believing” and I have tangible proof
such as a tax returns, new trucks, luxury home, and the
time and income to vacation and travel almost as often as
desired. The most successful people in the world all possess
a similar trait, and that is the ability to take action...!
So if you ever dreamed of owning your own business
and earning the kind of income you deserve, the time to
take action is right now..!
So how much can an average, middle income working person expect to be able to afford to
pay for a franchise opportunity? One that will generate a substantial income but with an
affordable startup cost? Is that number $100,000, perhaps $50,000, or even $25,000? Even
those numbers are a little steep for most hard working individuals. You deserve something
more and better out of life, and here it is:
In the beginning, to get my Ceiltech business going, I borrowed the startup capital from friends,
relatives and put the balance on a credit card. Since I didn’t have a lot of resources, but was
able to do it anyway because I was determined to have a better life and enjoy the fruits of my
labor through greater personal income, I think anyone can make the Ceiltech opportunity a
reality. I started out with the basic system and at the time didn’t even own a truck. I didn’t have
to have a truck in the beginning because I started out small. In two weeks I did the first ten
jobs; and those were out of the trunk of my car. Those ten jobs paid me more in profit than I
made in an entire month working my normal job. How’s that for a rags to riches success story!
My story is not an uncommon one. Any person that has the drive, initiative, and will power to
execute a proven system and that has a make it happen attitude can do this and make good
money in a business that won’t drive you batty with problems. There is no inventory to be
concerned with, no floor planning costs, permitting is limited to a business license, and
liabilities are minimal and covered through low cost business contractors insurance. I have
been cleaning ceilings for over a decade and never had to file a claim nor have I ever had any
problems of the sort because the service I deliver is simply a clean ceiling. Remember seeing
is believing and the more you show your prospect customers how clean a ceiling can be, the
further you will go...!

These are just some of our many clients who have used the Ceiltech ceiling cleaning service and praise the results:
"Total satisfaction with the performance of the work done...they restored the appearance of our ceiling tiles...they look like new, with substantial savings." Chris Winner Applebee's
"After several years, the ceiling was beginning to look dingy. We had solicited bids to replace the tile and paint the grid, and we were surprised at the, response we received from contractors. Initially we contacted you to have the grid cleaned so that the paint would adhere. After meeting with you we realized we might not need to replace the ceiling at all. Now that the work is complete. I am pleased to announce that it looks as good as a new ceiling and we did not have to close for several days as we would otherwise have had to do." John Vincent - Vice President Fantastic Sams
"Our ceilings were restored to a like new condition. We will continue to use the service on a quarterly basis for continual maintenance of my ceiling.” Donald Shortridge - Store Manager K-Mart
"11 stores. 3 states, in 5 weeks from start to completion. 1 was impressed with your willingness to accept the challenge as well as the professional manner you and your crews handled each location. I feel it’s safe to say that anyone hiring Ceiltech to clean their ceilings will be pleased with the results.” Larry Baysrnore PEP Boys
"Ceiltech proved to be a sound investment in lieu of replacing all the tiles which would have been labor intensive. A couple of side benefits were also realized: the cleaning increases the room brightness and gave a fresh, clean smell." Michael Bannon Broadway National Bank
"After having you clean 12 kitchens in the Volusia County School System. I would highly recommend your work." Terry Ellis - Assistant Director, Volusia County School Systems

"I would like to thank you for the service you have provided my location. The
ceilings in the kitchen looked brand new after you finished the job. I received
many compliments from my joint venture partners to my employees. The
most frequent comment when people walked into the kitchen was how bright
everything was."

I've been a manager for over three years and during that time we have
periodical inspections. Some inspections are called "white gloves". These
inspections are on store cleanliness. Some of the hardest things to clean are
the floors, walls, and ceilings. We had our ceilings and walls cleaned by a
Ceiltech operator and it definitely made a difference in the store. It also
helped us get a good score on our inspection ! I would recommend the
service to many businesses looking to improve their appearance.
